  1. 6 to 12 rib or loin chops

  2. 1 cup orange juice

  3. 1 cup pineapple juice

  4. 2 cloves minced garlic

  5. 1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped

  6. 2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled, divided

  7. 1/2 tsp. salt

  8. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  9. 1/2 tsp. dried thyme

  1. Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, garlic, onion, 1 tsp. rosemary, salt, pepper and thyme in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, reserving 3/4 cup. Add lamb chops and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. Prepare grill. Remove chops from marinade and pat dry. Grill to desired doneness. While lamb is grilling, place reserved marinade in a small saucepan. Add remaining tsp. rosemary. Boil until slightly thickened. Serve with chops.
