  5. 1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs

  6. 2 tb Unbleached

  7. All-purpose Flour

  8. 3 tb Sugar

  9. 3 ea Large Eggs

  10. 3 tb Margarine, Melted

  11. 2 ts Vanilla

  12. 24 oz Cream Cheese, Softened

  13. 1/2 c Pecans, Finely Chopped

  14. 3/4 c Dark Brown Sugar, Packed

  15. 1 x Granishes

  16. Garnish include Maple Syrup and Pecan halves.

  18. Combine crumbs, granulated sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch

  19. 350 degrees F.,

  20. 10 minutes.

  21. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on

  22. electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well

  23. after each addition. Blend in vanilla; stir in chopped pecans. Pour over

  24. 450 degrees F.,

  25. 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to

  26. degrees F., and continute baking an additional 30 minutes. Loosen cake

  27. from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.

  28. Brush with maple syrup; top with pecan halves. --
