  1. 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

  2. 2 teaspoons wasabi powder

  3. 2 teaspoons ground pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. 1 pinch salt

  6. 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks

  7. 1 tablespoon wasabi powder

  8. 1 tablespoon water

  9. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  10. 1/4 cup sour cream

  11. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  12. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  13. 2 tablespoons sliced scallions

  1. combine first 5 ingredients, rub over tuna, chill for 30 minutes.

  2. heat grill to high.

  3. grill tuna aprox 5 mins per side, to taste- (i like mine cooked 7-10 mins per side, well done).

  4. combine remaining ingredients by whisking together, serve alongside tuna.
