  2. 4 flour tortillas (8-inch)

  3. 4 tablespoons drained crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice

  4. 1 large banana, thinly sliced

  5. 4 tablespoons coconut

  1. Spread about 1 tablespoon peanut butter on each tortilla. Top each with 1 tablespoon pineapple, 1/4 of the banana slices and 1 tablespoon coconut.

  2. Roll up each tortilla. Serve immediately.

  3. Store the remaining pineapple in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for a fruity snack later.
