  2. 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts -- halved

  3. nonfat cooking spray

  4. 2 cups soft bread crumbs

  5. 1 tablespoon granulated garlic

  6. 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

  7. 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper marinade

  8. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  9. juice 1 lemon -- (about 2 tbsp)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray each chicken breast half. Mix bread crumbs, garlic, parsley flakes, lemon-pepper marinade, and cheese. Roll each breast half in this mixture. Lay side by side in a shallow baking dish that has been heavily sprayed. Squeeze lemon juice over breasts. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until breasts resist the pressure of a finger.
