  1. 1-2 pounds ground beef

  2. 1 can chili beans

  3. 1 can Rotel tomatoes

  4. 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  5. 1 package soft shell tacos

  6. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  1. Cook beef, drain, and add chili beans. Add 1/2 cheese and 1/2 tomatoes, then let heat. In another saucepan, add cream of chicken soup, remaining tomatoes, and cheese. Heat while stirring constantly. Place tacos in a baking pan. Place beef and chili mixture in tacos and wrap up each taco. Pour cream of chicken sauce over tacos and bake about 30 minutes.
