  7. 1 package (16 oz.) Eckrich smoked sausage -- sliced

  8. 1 Tablespoon margarine or butter

  9. 2 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise -- sliced

  10. 1 Tablespoon instant minced onion

  11. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves

  13. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  14. 2 medium tomatoes -- chopped

  15. hot cooked pasta or rice

  16. Lightly brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat, about 4-5 minutes.

  17. Remove sausage and set aside.

  18. Add margarine, zucchini and onion to skillet and cook until zucchini is

  19. crisp-tender. Return sausage and add garlic salt, oregano and pepper; stir

  20. to mix. Add tomatoes and continue heating until hot. Serve sausage zucchini mixture
