  1. 2/3 cup mayonnaise

  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

  5. 2 cup cooked chicken , diced

  6. 2 red apples , cored and diced

  7. 2/3 cup celery , sliced

  8. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Add the chicken, apples and celery.

  3. Toss to coat.

  4. Cover and chill.

  5. Toss with walnuts just before serving.
