  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  3. 1/2 pound lean ground beef

  4. 1 cup chopped onions

  5. 1 cup chopped peppers -- green

  6. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  7. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  8. 1 tablespoon mustard -- prepared

  9. 1 teaspoon chili powder

  10. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  11. dash cayenne pepper

  12. 1 cup tomato sauce

  13. 2 cups black beans, cooked -- drained

  14. 3 cups brown rice -- cooked

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, onions, green pepper,and garlic and saute until tender, stirring frequently.

  2. In a small bowl combine lemon juice, mustard, chili powder, soy sauce, andcayenne with a small amount of tomato sauce and whisk until thoroughlyblended. Stir in remaining tomato sauce, then add to meat mixture. Addbeans and cook for 20 minutes, or until flavors are well blended. Servespooned over hot rice.
