  1. 500 g 1/2 pc, cut into pieces

  2. 75 g 1/2 pc, cut into pieces

  3. 50 g 5 pcs, halved

  4. 4 slices Green onion(s)

  5. 2 stalks

  6. 1 pc

  7. 2 tbsp Marinade

  8. 3 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  9. 1 tsp Corn starch

  10. 1 tsp Shao Hsing wine

  11. 1 tsp Sauce Mix

  12. Sauce for Plum & Soybean Spare Ribs

  13. 3 tbsp Corn starch

  14. 1 tsp Water

  15. 1/2 Cup

  1. Marinate chicken pieces for 20 minutes.

  2. Saute onion, shallots and ginger in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir fry until golden. Sizzle wine.

  3. Stir in bean curd puffs and sauce mix. Cover and simmer until sauce thickens. Toss in green onion and serve hot.
