  2. 1/4 cup grilled red bell peppers -- seeded and diced

  3. 1/4 cup grilled yellow peppers -- seeded and diced

  4. 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes

  5. 1 tablespoon fresh garlic

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh thyme

  7. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  8. 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

  9. 1 tablespoon honey

  10. 3 tablespoons olive oil salt -- to taste freshly ground black pepper -- to taste

  1. Preparation : In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
