  4. 5 pounds tomatoes, cut in half horizontally

  5. salt to taste

  6. 1/2 pound cherry tomatoes, halved

  7. 1 cucumber, peeled and diced

  8. 1/2 red onion, diced

  9. handful each of chopped chervil and basil

  10. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  11. 1/4 cup olive oil

  12. salt and pepper to taste
