  8. 1 Bag fancy mixed salad greens -- (10-ounce) (6 cups)

  9. 1 Large mango -- (1 1/2 cups)

  10. peeled, cut into 3/4-inch chunks

  11. 1 Small red pepper -- (1 cup) cut into 1/8 inch strips

  12. 1 Stalk celery -- (3/4 cup) sliced

  13. 1/4 inch

  1. In 1-cup glass measure combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Setaside.

  2. In small skillet melt honey butter until sizzling; add pecans. Cook overmedium heat, stirring occasionally, until nuts are golden brown (3 to 4minutes).

  3. In large bowl toss together all remaining salad ingredients. Add dressing;

  4. toss to coat well.

  5. To serve, divide salad mixture evenly among 6 salad plates; sprinkle withpecans.
