  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Rice wine vinegar

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vegetable oil

  5. 1 Sesame oil

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Red pepper flakes

  7. 2 Cucumbers - seeded, thinly

  8. 1 Red bell pepper - thin sliced (small)

  2. Mix in cucumbers and bell pepper. Chill.
