  1. 200g lean minced lamb

  2. 10g goat's cheese

  3. Large handful of spinach , ripped

  4. A few mushrooms , diced

  5. 2 nice bread rolls

  1. Mix the lamb, cheese, spinach and mushrooms in a bowl. Shape into two boiger shapes.

  2. Fry or grill on each side for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.

  3. Serve in the burger buns!
