  1. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz All-purpose flour

  2. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Club soda

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced fresh thyme - chives, marjoram, and/or sage

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  1. Mix in a bowl - add up to 1/4 c club soda if the batter is too thick. Dunk your veggies and fry at 350F.
