  7. 1/4 ts Allspice

  8. 1/4 ts Coriander

  9. 1 ts Cumin

  10. 1/2 ts Salt, or to taste

  11. 1/2 c Water

  12. 1 cn (16 oz) canned crushed

  13. 16 oz can red kidney beans

  14. -with liquid. 1/4 c Corn, frozen or leftover, or Canned --MEATLESS VERSION--

  15. Omit meat and substitute 1 tb Oil

  16. 16oz Garbanzo Beans;

  17. 1 cn

  18. 16oz Pinto Beans; undrained

  19. 45 mins, stirring frequently. MEATLESS CHILI (VERY GOOD) FOLLOW THE BASIC RECIPE. OMIT THE BEEF AND WATER. USE

  20. 1 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL TO SAUTE THE GARLIC, ONION AND GREEN PEPPER. ADD

  21. 1 16 OZ CAN OF GARBANZO BEANS AND ONE

  22. 16 OZ CAN OF PINTO BEANS,

  23. UNDRAINED.
