  7. 1 x Water

  8. 1 t Salt

  9. 1/8 ts Pepper

  10. 1/4 ts Poultry seasoning

  11. 1 t Parsley, chopped

  12. 1/2 ts Onion, minced

  13. 2 tb Butter, melted

  14. 1 ea Egg, slightly beaten

  15. 1 x Giblets

  16. Soak the bread in cold water and squeeze dry. Add

  17. seasoning ingredients and melted butter and mix

  18. thoroughly. Add egg and the heart, liver and gizzard

  19. of the fowl which have been partially cooked and chopped fine. Use for stuffing fowl. Source:
