  1. 1 medium apple -- thinly sliced

  2. 3/4 cup celery -- thinly sliced

  3. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper few drops of lemon juice

  6. 1/4 cup sour cream
