  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce

  2. 12 Flour tortillas

  3. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Shredded Monteray Jack cheese

  4. Ham in thin slices - cut 1/2" strips

  5. 2 Ripe avocados - peeled, pitted,

  6. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Chopped tomato

  7. 4 cups 584g / 20oz Coarsely chopped canned whole peeled

  8. Tomatoes - undrained

  9. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Chopped cilantro

  1. Place six tortillas on flat surface. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce on each. Distribute half of cheese over tortillas. Layer on ham strips, avocado slices, chopped tomato, cilantro and remaining cheese.

  2. Spread one side of remaining six tortillas with remaining Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce and place sauce-side down on layered tortillas, forming sandwiches (sincronizadas).

  3. On a griddle or in a medium-sized skillet, cook sincronizadas one at a time over a medium heat, until tortillas are crisp and lightly browned on each side, and cheese is melted. Remove to a platter, cut into wedges and serve with additional Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce, if desired.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
