  1. 1 1/2 pounds Boneless chuck steak;

  2. 1 1/2 inch thick

  3. 1 Clove garlic minced

  4. cup Wine vinegar

  5. 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon Paprika

  7. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  8. cup Catsup

  9. 1 teaspoon Salt

  10. 1 teaspoon Dry or prepared mustard

  11. teaspoon Black pepper

  1. Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide. Add to the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meat, and mix. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours.
