  1. Cooking Procedures : Cut the pork, part kasim (pork shoulder) and part liempo (pork belly), into cubes. Pare the green mangoes and cut the meat into strips. Cook the pork with the rest of the ingredients until pork is tender, the green mangoes mushy and the sauce thick.
