  1. 12 oz Jumbo shells

  2. 32 oz Spaghetti sauce

  3. 2 c Cottage cheese

  4. 2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

  5. 1/2c Parmesan cheese

  6. 1 sm Onion, diced

  7. 2 tb Parsley flakes

  8. 1 tb Oregano

  9. 1/2ts Garlic powder

  10. 10 oz Frozen spinach

  1. + Cook jumbo shells according to package directions.

  2. Drain and set aside.

  3. Pour 1/2 of spaghetti sauce into bottom of crockpot.

  4. Combine all remaining ingredients.

  5. Stuff each shell with spinach mixture and layer into crockpot.

  6. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over shells.

  7. Cook on low for 4 hours or until heated and bubbly.
