  1. 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  2. 4 Tbsp Butter

  3. 1 Yellow onion , medium and sliced thin pinch Salt pinch Black pepper

  4. 1/2 cup(s) Dry white wine

  5. 1/2 cup(s) Marsala wine

  6. 1/2 cup(s) Beef broth

  7. 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

  8. 6 Beef Tenderloin filets (6 oz each) dash Parsley , finely chopped

  9. 6 Fresh rosemary sprigs

  1. SAUCE PREPARATION Heat oil and butter in large saute pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions, salt, and pepper; cook 10 minutes or until carmelized (softened and golden browned), stirring frequently. Add wines, broth, vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until sauce is reduced by half. BEEF PREPARATION Lightly rub filets with oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill to preferred temperature. Place onions and sauce on a platter and top with steaks. Garnish with parsley and rosemary.
