  1. 1/3 cup(s) bottled chili sauce

  2. 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar

  3. 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce

  4. 1/4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce

  5. 1 1/4 pound(s) beef cubed steaks

  1. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. In medium bowl, mix chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce.

  2. If steaks are large, cut each into serving-size pieces. Dip each steak into chili-sauce mixture to coat. Place steaks on rack in broiling pan. With oven rack at closest position to source of heat, broil steaks 5 minutes without turning. Spoon any juices in bottom of broiling pan over steaks to serve.
