  1. 3 lbs. meat

  2. 1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce

  3. 1 onion chopped

  4. 1 clove garlic chopped

  5. 1 tsp. salt

  6. 1 tsp. cayenne

  7. 1 tsp. Tabasco

  8. 1 Tbsp. oregano

  9. 1 Tbsp. cumin

  10. 6 red chili peppers

  11. 4 heaping Tbsp. chili powder

  12. 1 Tbsp. paprika

  13. 2 Tbsp. flour water

  1. Brown meat in skillet with onions and garlic. When meat is thoroughly cooked, put in tomato sauce, add some water to cover meat. Add all other ingredients. Cover with half an inch of water and stir well. Simmer at leat 1 1/2 hours, stirring regularly. Towards end of cooking time, skim the greas; add flour mixed with warm water to thicken. Serves 6.
