  1. 1 cup seeded, diced tomatoes

  2. 1 1/2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese

  3. 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

  4. 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

  5. 2 tbsp. olive oil

  6. 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

  7. 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and minced

  8. 280 g can refrigerated pizza dough

  9. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Prepare grill. Toss together tomatoes, Mozzarella, green onions, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic in a medium bowl. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes. Unroll pizza dough onto a flat surface. Roll lightly to a 12 inch square. Cut into 4 smaller squares. Transfer pizza dough squares to an oiled grill rack. Cover and grill about 4 minutes until the bottom of the dough is browned. Turn dough squares over and top each with the tomato mixture, leaving a 1/2 inch margin. Cover and grill an additional 4 minutes until bottom of dough is browned and Mozzarella is melted. Serve pizzas immediately.
