  1. 6 Small Quorn fillets (Soya Chicken style)

  2. 3 Table spoons Peri Peri (Portuguese sauce)

  3. 1 Table spoon of sweet tomato sauce

  4. 1 Table spoon Soya butter

  5. 100 ml White wine

  6. 1/4 Paprika powder

  7. 2 Garlic cloves

  1. Peel and finely chop garlic. Peel and slice carrots. Add garlic and carrots to heated pan with 1 table spoon olive oil. Add Quorn fillets, tomato sauce, peri peri sauce, ½ lemon juice and paprika. Stir gently for 2 minutes on high heat. Add wine and butter and gently stir for 1 minute on low heat. Serve with rice and lemon slices.
