  1. 5 tablespoons 75ml Potatoes - baked or boiled (large)

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Ghee

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  4. 1 Black pepper

  5. 2 Green chiles - minced

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Water or milk

  7. Fresh parsley - for garnish

  1. Mash the potatoes sans their skins. Add all the ingredients. Use warmed water or milk. Whisk until creamy with a fork. Serve immediately or keep warm in a double broiler.
