Premio Deep Dish Sausage Pie Recipe

    1. 1 pound Premio sausage, sliced -

    2. 1 pound Premio sweet sausage, sliced -

    3. 1 cup carrot, sliced -

    4. 1 cup celery, sliced -

    5. 1 large onion, chopped -

    6. 1/2 cup peas -

    7. 1/2 cup corn -

    8. 1/2 cup water -

    9. 1 teaspoon garlic -

    10. 1 cup tomatoes, diced -

    11. 1 pie crust for top 2-quart baking dish. (Rectangular dish) -

    12. 1/4 cup oil or butter

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. In a large fry pan; cooked sausage in butter or oil until done. Add remaining ingredient except pie crust. Cook for 5 minutes; pour ingredients in a deep baking dish. Top with ready made crust. Cut slits in crust so steam to escape. Bake at 350 degrees F. until crust in golden brown.
