  1. 1 cup cooked pasta twists

  2. 1/2 cup canned salmon, drained

  3. 1/4 cup thinly sliced zucchini

  4. 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery

  5. 1/4 cup pimento strips

  6. 1/4 cup olive oil

  7. 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar

  8. 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

  9. 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard

  10. 1/8 tsp. garlic salt

  11. 1 large egg yolk

  1. Stir together pasta, salmon, zucchini, celery and pimento in a large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and yolk. Blend until smooth. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
