  1. Another quick and easy way to make pizza--in a pie!

  5. 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

  6. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  7. 1/2 cup Bisquick® Original baking mix

  8. 1 cup milk

  9. 2 eggs

  10. 1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce

  11. 1/2 package (3 1/2-ounce size) sliced pepperoni*

  12. 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

  13. 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  14. 400Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle onion and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.

  15. Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 20 minutes. Spread with pizza sauce; top with remaining ingredients.

  16. 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is light brown. Cool

  17. 5 minutes.

  18. *1/2 pound ground beef or bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained, can be used instead of the pepperoni.
