  2. 2-3 T. fresh lemon juice

  1. Bring stock to a boil and add orzo, cook 10 minutes. Separatly beat the eggs and lemon juice. Once pasta is cooked, turn heat off and gradually temper in the egg and lemon mixture. Serve immediately with Greek salad and crusty bread.
