  1. 1 1/2 c Dried chick peas

  2. 1 md Onion, diced

  3. 3 tb Peanut oil

  4. 1 tb Lemon juice

  5. 2 ts Dried parsley

  6. 2 ts Dried mint

  7. 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

  8. 1/4 ts Ground black pepper

  9. 1/4 ts Garlic powder

  10. 1/4 ts Turmeric

  11. 1/4 ts Ground cumin seed

  12. 1) Soak the chick peas overnight in lots of water. Then bring to a boil,

  13. 2 to 3 hours.

  14. 5 to 10 minutes

  15. and mint in a medium size bowl. 4) On medium-high heat, fry everything until the chick peas start to soften

  16. 10 minutes

  17. 15 to 20 minutes.
