  2. 1 baked Chicken Breast

  3. 1 cup frozen Brocolli & Cauliflower

  4. 1/2 carton Grape Tomatoes

  5. 1/2 cup Ranch

  6. 1 Teaspoon Pepper

  7. 1/4 cup Parmesan & Romano Cheese

  1. Photo by: gapeach55 Cook Rotini for 9 minutes in boiling water. During last 2 minutes of cooking, add Brocolli and Cauliflower. Drain. Cut Tomatoes in half, Cut up Chicken into bite size pieces. In a medium bowl,mix Chicken,Tomatoes,Vegs. and Rotini. Add Pepper and Ranch and mix. Sprinkle top with Cheese. Yield: serves 2 Notes: This is a light and filling salad for lunch or dinner. Serves 2.
