  1. 2 baked pie crusts

  2. 2 c. powdered sugar

  3. 1 c. peanut butter

  4. 8 oz. cream cheese

  5. 12 oz. Cool Whip

  1. Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip.

  2. Divide mixture into 2 baked pie shells. Freeze. Set out few minutes before serving.

  3. Very rich, but nice to keep on hand for quick dessert.
