  2. 1 large can Las Palmas enchilada sauce

  3. 1 clove garlic

  4. 2 cans tomato sauce pinch oregano corn tortillas grated cheese - jack, cheddar black olive s, chopped onion , chopped.

  1. Boil chicken until cooked. Save broth for Spanish rice. Brown 1 clove garlic in a little oil. Add enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and oregano. Fry tortilla - put in sauce for 1 minute. Add grated cheese, shredded chicken, chopped olives, chopped onion. Roll up and pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese and bak at 350 for 20 minutes.
