  7. 2 cups coconut

  8. 8 ounces cream cheese

  9. 2 teaspoons milk

  10. 3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

  11. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  12. Melt 2 tbs. butter in skillet, add coconut; stir constantly over low

  13. heat until golden brown. Spread coconut on absorbant paper to cool. Cream 2 tbs. butter with cream cheese, add milk; beat in sugar

  14. gradually. Blend in vanilla; stir in 1 3/4 cups of the coconut. Spread
