  1. 4 large eggs

  2. 1 1/3 cups unsalted butter

  3. 4 cups unbleached flour

  4. 4 teaspoons salt

  5. 4 teaspoons baking powder

  6. 4 teaspoons baking soda

  7. 2 cups white sugar or 2 cups turbinado sugar

  8. 1 quart buttermilk

  9. 4 cups multi grain hot cereal (Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain hot cereal)

  1. 1: preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2: Mix Red Mill hot cereal and buttermilk well, let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. 3: In the meantime, cream butter and sugar in a separate bowl.

  4. 4: add all ingredients EXCEPT eggs into the butter and sugar. Mix well.

  5. 5: Combine both mixtures, ADD IN THE EGGS, and mix well AGAIN.

  6. 6: grease muffin tins, distribute mixture equally and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Enjoy!
