    2. 4 whites of eggs

    3. 1 ounce of butter

    4. 1 pinch of pepper

    5. 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

    6. 1 small onion

    7. 1 pinch of salt

    1. Beat the whites to a stiff froth. Add the parsley, finely chopped onion, and pepper and salt.

    2. Melt butter in the frying pan and pour in the mixture. Stir until just set.

    3. Cook until a golden brown.
