  2. 100 g 40 g 2 Seasoning A

  3. 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons Seasoning B

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Chicken

  5. Mustard green

  6. Chilies

  7. Cornstarch

  8. Dark soy sauce

  9. Chicken seasoning powder

  10. Rice wine

  1. Dice the chicken, mix with Seasoning A andmarinate for 15 minutes.

  2. Rinse and chop the mustard green. Slicethe chilies.

  3. Pour 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stirfry the chilies.

  4. Add the diced chicken and mustard green,stir fry until cooked. Stir in Seasoning B and serve.
