  1. 1 pound of sausage

  2. 1 (oz.) package refrigerated crescent roll dough

  3. 8 egg s, beaten

  4. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  5. 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  6. 1 tsp. oregano

  7. 1 dash of lemon pepper Optional Add ins:

  8. 1 small can diced green or jalapeno pepper s Diced green onion s Spicy sausage rather than regular (or go really crazy and add Chorizo)

  1. Place sausage in large deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  3. Line the bottom of the prepared crescent roll dough and sprinkle with crumbled sausage. In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs, cheeses, seasonings and rest of ingredients. Pour over the sausage and crescent rolls.

  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
