  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Unsalted butter

  2. 30 Garlic minced

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Crushed red pepper flakes

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Honey

  5. 1 Frozen orange - (6 oz.) Juice concentrate.

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon Coarse salt and freshly Ground pepper

  7. 4 lbs 1816g / 64oz Chicken parts

  1. Recipe Instructions Directions: 1. in a sauce pan melt 1 Tbsp of butter, add garlic, saute till golden brown.

  2. Add remaining butter, pepper fakes and continue to cook until butter has melted.

  3. Stir in honey and orange juice and continue to stir till well blended 4. Whisk in cinnamon, salt and pepper, then remove from heat (yield: 2 cups) 5 Allow to cool. Store overnight in airtight container.

  4. Preheat grill.

  5. Grill chicken for 5 -7 minutes on ones side. Turn chicken and brush generously with sauce. Grill chicken for another 5 minutes and turn again. Brush chicken again and continue to cook until juices run clear.
