  1. Method : 1.Peel and wash potatoes.

  2. Cut into cubes of 2cm dices.

  3. Blanch starch from cold water upto boiling point.

  4. Drain do not refresh.

  5. Heat butter and oil in frying pan.

  6. Toss potatoes until soft and golden garnish around the chicken.
