  1. 2 pkgs. wide egg noodles

  2. 1/2 cup butter or margarine

  3. 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  4. 1 tsp. garlic salt

  5. 1 tsp. onion salt

  6. 5-6 cups milk

  7. 2 pounds Velveeta cheese , cubed

  8. Topping"

  9. 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

  10. 2 tbs. butter or mararine, melted

  1. Cook noodles. In a dutch oven melt butter, stir in the flour, garlic, salt and onion salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk, bring to a boil. Cook and stir in the noodles, and transfer to baking dish. Toss bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 350 for 25-30 min. or until golden brown.
