  1. nonstick cooking spray

  2. 2 tsps. ground cinnamon

  3. 1-2/3 cups sugar

  4. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  5. 2 lbs. refrigerated biscuits

  6. 3/4 cup raisins

  7. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Preheat oven to temperature 350°F. Spray a tube pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix cinnamon and 2/3 cup sugar together in a bowl with a lid. Roll dough squares into a log shape and cut each into 4 pieces. Drop quarters into cinnamon mixture, a few at a time, and shake well to coat. Place half the coated rolls in prepared tube pan. Sprinkle with nuts and raisins, if desired. Stir remaining sugar into melted butter. Drizzle half the butter mixture over biscuits and repeat layers. Bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven and invert on a plate. Cool 5 minutes before removing the pan.
