  1. 2 tb Flour

  2. 1/2c Sour cream

  3. 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese

  4. 1 tb Lemon juice

  5. 1/4c Chiken broth

  6. 1/4c Butter

  7. 1 Onion, sliced

  8. 6 oz Marinated artichoke hearts And pounded

  9. 3/4lb Turkey breast, sliced

  10. 1/8ts Paprika

  11. 1/8ts Pepper

  12. 1/4ts Salt

  13. 8 oz Noodles, cooked

  1. + Directions : Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat meat slices with it. Pour artichoke liquid into a frying pan and cook on medium heat until bubbly. Add meat slices and brown 3-5 minutes; remove from pan. Add onion and butter to pan. Saute 5 minutes. Add broth and stir in lemon juice, cheese, and sour cream. Add turkey and heat through. Serve over noodles. Garnish with artichoke hearts.
