  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Crushed red pepper

  12. Meatballs - (below)

  13. 2 Spaghetti - (16 oz ea)

  14. Grated parmesan cheese

  15. Meatballs--

  16. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Lean ground beef

  17. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Lean ground pork

  18. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic salt

  19. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated parmesan cheese

  20. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Freshly ground pepper

  21. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Leaf basil

  22. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Leaf oregano

  23. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Leaf thyme

  24. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Dry bread crumbs

  25. 1/3 cup 78ml Pine nuts -

  26. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dried parsley flakes

  27. 2 Eggs

  28. 1/4 cup 59ml Evaporated milk

  1. Combine all ingredients except Meatballs, spaghetti and cheese in Crock-Pot; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 5 to 10 hours. If Meatballs are added, continue to cook on Low for 7 to 12 hours.

  2. Just before serving, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve topped with Meatballs in sauce and pass grated parmesan cheese.

  3. For Meatballs: Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 24 meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place on baking sheet and bake in 450 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or brown meatballs in skillet; drain.
