  1. 2 Boneless pork tenderloins, (1 to 1 1/2 lbs. each) halved

  2. 8 slices Bacon

  3. 1 To 2 c. Russian dressing

  1. Cut each tenderloin in half. Wrap bacon around each portion; secure it with a toothpick. Marinate in Russian dressing for 24 hours. Place on a roasting pan and cook 50 minutes at 375 degrees or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees. Do not overcook. Also delicious cooked on grill. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 02-25-95
