  1. 1/2 C. Mayo

  2. 2 T. Apple Jelly or Peach Preserves

  3. 2 T. Chives or Scallions

  4. 3/4 lb. Ham, cut into chunks (what I do is go to your supermarket deli & get 3-4 1/2' thick slices of ham - then just chop it up)

  5. 3/4 C. Celery, diced

  6. 1/4 C. Celery Leaves, chopped

  7. 1/2 C. Toasted Pecans, chopped

  8. 8 Slices Raisin Nut Bread, lightly toasted

  9. 8-12 Slices Havarti Cheese

  10. 8 Boston Lettuce Leaves
